Getting angry at them won’t help! Usually restating the issue the customer is having a problem with will help to calm them. After they address the problem, apologize for taking their time and inform them that you will do everything possible to correct it. Finally thank then for reporting the problem, as in reality, this is your feedback to improve your service.
