LESSON 2 – A2/B1/B2 – TEXT COMPREHENSION (ELLA’S DAILY ROUTINE)

Read the following text in which a girl called Ella describes her daily routine. Answer the questions.

Hi! My name’s Ella, and I’m a student at Greenfield College. I usually get up at 7:00 a.m. on weekdays. The first thing I do is take a shower and get dressed. Then I have breakfast — I always drink coffee and eat some toast with jam.
At 8:00 a.m., I leave home and walk to the bus stop. The bus ride to college takes about twenty minutes. My first class starts at 8:30, and I study until 1:00 p.m. I usually have lunch in the cafeteria with my friends. After lunch, I often go to the library to study or do homework.
When I get home around 5:00 p.m., I like to relax. Sometimes I watch a TV series, and other times I go jogging in the park near my house. In the evening, I help my mum prepare dinner. We usually eat together around 7:30 p.m.
After dinner, I check my phone or chat with my friends online. I always go to bed around 10:30 p.m. because I need to wake up early the next day!
